I’m trying to cut back on social media and need to see my exact stats. Where do I go in the settings to find out how to check screen time on android? I'd like to see a breakdown of which apps are draining my time the most.

Check screen time, Android proposals and Android preferences Use Digital Wellbeing in the settings menu to monitor daily time on Android, time limits on app use, notifications, and frequency of unlocks.

In Android, go to open Settings Digital Wellbeing and parental controls.
You will get the current screen time and use of apps and unlocks. Tap on any app to see the statistics of its daily or weekly usage.

In order to keep track of the amount you use each day, do the following:
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Parental control and Tap Digital Wellbeing.
  3. The first chart shows the total usage. Click the Dashboard (or the chart per se) and you can have a breakdown of the time spent in each application.

Open Settings → Digital Wellbeing & parental controls → Dashboard. Here you can see your daily screen time, app usage, and how often you unlock your phone.

On Android, the time spent on the screen can be checked by pressing the Settings, then Digital Wellbeing and parental controls and seeing how much time you spend on this daily or weekly. It displays the number of hours you spend on each application and how many times your phone is unlocked and you can also set the limit in case you need it.

In Android, the time on a screen can be checked by opening the Settings section, and going to the Digital Wellbeing platform in settings, where you will see daily usage, app time, and the number of unlocks. This is useful in keeping track and control of the amount of hours you spend on your phone.

To check screen time on Android:
  1. Open SettingsDigital Wellbeing & Parental Controls
  2. Tap Dashboard to view daily app usage
  3. Set timers to limit usage if needed.
