I would like to monitor real-time heating rates but I cannot understand what tools can be reliable. Which is the most effective and least risky manner through which beginners can get to know how to know the temp of cpu in windows or laptops? Other suggested applications or in-built feature?

Checking CPU temperature on Windows is safe and can be done with the help of reliable applications, such as HWMonitor, Core Temp, or NZXT CAM. Launch the application and see the real-time temperature. Maintain idle CPU temperatures at less than 50 o C and load at less than 85 o C. Make sure it is cooled, it has clean fans and it is not sketchy software.
