How to properly configure valcat b2b saas go-to-market automation?

I am attempting to make our sales funnel leaner but I am stalling at the integration stage. Does it have a checklist to configure valcat b2b saas go-to-market automation to make sure that lead data flows as it is supposed to?

It’s a nightmare getting the fields to map correctly between the CRM and the automation layer. I’ve spent three days just trying to get the lead source to stop defaulting to "Unknown.

Just happened to me for the first time in forever. The issue is usually the webhook. If the payload isn't structured exactly how the SaaS expects it, the data just hits a black hole. Check your logs for 400 errors.

Same with me. I tried clearing the cache, resetting the API keys, and even building a custom bridge in Zapier. Still nothing. If this doesn't work by Monday, I’m going back to manual spreadsheets. This "automation" is more work than the actual sales.

Try these steps:
  1. Verify the API permissions in your Valcat settings.
  2. Ensure your lead scoring rules aren't filtering out valid data before it reaches the CRM.
  3. Check if your GTM tags are firing correctly on the landing pages.
  4. Run a test lead through an incognito window to rule out browser-side script blocking.

Tried em and still nothing. The data shows as "Sent" in the automation tool but never arrives in the sales dashboard. Any other suggestions?

The "Checklist" they give you is a joke. It misses the part where you have to manually white-label the sending domain or the firewall kills the lead data. Check your email security settings.

The good news is maybe I can short their stock and at least profit on their incompetence. Seriously, why is B2B software always this clunky?

Having the same issue. I thought I was crazy. Sometimes the lead flows through, sometimes it says "User doesn't exist" in the logs. It’s like the database is ghosting me.

Has anyone solved this? I’m having this problem only on the desktop integration. On the mobile web view, the dashboard updates fine, but the PC version is stuck on last week's data.
