Can someone tell me if Instagram notifies profile views? I feel like someone’s stalking my page but I can’t find any option to check.

No, there isn't a direct feature on Instagram that lets you see who has viewed your profile. Because the platform places a high priority on user privacy, browsing is anonymous.

However, if you have a Professional account, you can see the total number of profile visits (not names) and who views your Stories.

Instagram does not allow users to see who views their profile. You can only see viewers for Stories, Highlights, Reels (limited), and live videos. Business and creator accounts get insights on reach and impressions, not individual viewers. Third-party apps claiming otherwise are unsafe or misleading.

Third-party apps claiming this are unreliable and unsafe. Only Instagram’s built-in analytics for business accounts show general engagement data.
