How do I transfer my MBOX emails into a Zoho Mail account?

It might not be as simple as you think to get your MBOX emails into Zoho Mail, but it's still pretty easy.
Using Mozilla Thunderbird is an easy way to do it. You first open your MBOX file in Thunderbird. Then you use IMAP settings to add your Zoho Mail account. You can then drag and drop your emails into your Zoho mailbox, and they will automatically sync.

From what I've seen, this works well for small batches. But when the data gets bigger, it can feel a little slow and boring.
The BLR MBOX Converter Tool can speed up the process by handling bulk emails better while keeping everything intact. If you want something faster and less hands-on, this is the tool for you.

And if you ever need to move your data to a different platform, an mbox to pst converter can help you do that.
So, it's not as simple as clicking a button, but with the right approach, it's easy to handle.

In order to migrate MBOX emails to a Zoho Mail account, first log in to Zoho Mail and go to Settings Import/Export. Select Import, choose MBOX as the file type, and upload your file. Zoho also has a migration tool that can be used to bulk transfer data. Before uploading any file to your MBOX file, ensure that it is properly formatted before uploading it to avoid errors.

To transfer MBOX emails into Zoho Mail, first log in to your account and go to Settings → Import/Export → Email Migration. Choose “Import via ZIP/MBOX,” upload your MBOX file, and map folders if needed. Start the migration, then monitor progress until all emails are successfully imported into your mailbox.

The easiest way is to use Zoho Mail’s built-in migration tool go to Zoho Mail Admin Console > Data Migration, choose “MBOX,” upload your MBOX file, and map it to the target user account, then start the import; I’ve used this method and it works fine for most cases, just make sure your MBOX file isn’t corrupted and is split if it’s too large, otherwise you can also use an email client like Thunderbird to open the MBOX and then sync emails to Zoho via IMAP, but the direct migration tool is quicker.
