As an individual, you are unable to directly upload music to Spotify. A music distributor, such as DistroKid, TuneCore, or CD Baby, is necessary because they upload your songs to Spotify and other services. Simply register with a distributor, upload your music, add information (artist name, artwork, etc.), and they'll take care of the rest.

Totally get that- I’ve been there 😅 Just use a distributor like DistroKid or TuneCore, double-check your metadata (artist name, track title, ISRC), upload a clean 3000×3000 artwork, and set your release date at least a week ahead to avoid hiccups.
