I’ve been hearing a lot about the snapchat solar system and how it ranks your friends, but I’m still confused about what each planet means. How does Snapchat decide who appears where in your solar system, and what do the different planet positions represent? Anyone who has figured it out, please share how this feature works.

The Snapchat+ exclusive feature places your Bitmoji as the Sun and your top 8 closest friends as the orbiting planets, from Mercury (most interaction) to Neptune (least interaction).

Your friendship ranking is visually represented by the Friendmoji of you and your friend appearing on the corresponding planet icon (such as Earth or Saturn).
