I am attempting to determine how to cancel Adobe subscription, as I continue receiving charges and because it is not an easy option that can be found in my account. Its menus are so tangled and are putting me in a circle.

Who has been able to cancel? What steps did you follow?

I tell you, Adobe is making the cancelation of Adobe subscription an escape room.

Every click leads to “Are you sure?” → discount → survey → guilt trip.

Simply saying no to the offers is enough. Then the cancel button turns into such a reward of boss fight.

Agreed. This is an intentional design of the UI so as to baffle humans.

One time I believed I canceled... it happened that I was just upgraded by mistake.
