My friends want the same chat wallpaper, but I can’t figure out how to change Whatsapp background for everyone in chat, does WhatsApp even allow a shared background?

nope whatsApp doesn’t allow a shared chat background. Wallpapers are set individually on each person’s phone, so everyone has to choose the same one manually if they want it to match.
