How to change Whatsapp background for everyone in chat?

My friends want the same chat wallpaper, but I can’t figure out how to change Whatsapp background for everyone in chat, does WhatsApp even allow a shared background?

As of right now, WhatsApp does not let you alter the chat background for every user. You can only see the local wallpaper on your own device. To change their background, each user must navigate to Settings > Chats > Wallpaper.
