Is RenWeb Still Reliable for Parents and Students to Check Grades?

Our school uses RenWeb for attendance, grades, and assignments, but lately I’ve been having trouble logging in through the parent portal. Sometimes it says my credentials are incorrect even though I’m sure they’re right, and other times the dashboard loads very slowly. I’m trying to figure out if this is a system-wide issue or something wrong with my account access. Has anyone else faced login glitches or delayed grade updates? I’m wondering if there’s a better way to stay updated or if support usually resolves these issues quickly.
