What Causes Laptop LCD Lines to Appear on the Screen?

I've recently experienced this issue with my laptop and it turned out to be due to worn-out or loose video cable connections inside the laptop. After taking it apart and cleaning the connections, the lines disappeared. However, I've also noticed that the lines can be caused by a faulty inverter or a malfunctioning backlight. It's essential to diagnose the issue properly before attempting any repairs, as replacing the wrong component can lead to further problems.

"Laptop LCD lines can be caused by loose connections, overheating, or physical damage. Check your laptop's cables and make sure they're secure. Also, ensure proper airflow around your laptop to prevent overheating. If the issue persists, it's possible that the LCD itself is damaged and may need to be replaced."
