I just received my delivery and want to make sure I wasn't sent a refurbished unit by mistake. I need to check the my new laptop status by looking at battery cycle counts and original factory seal dates in the BIOS. Are there specific third-party utilities you recommend for generating a full system report to ensure that every internal component is brand new and performing at its rated clock speeds?
