As far as I have read it is supposed to bring together sales, care, and billing on a single platform, and I would be glad to get a response to this question with a person who has used this in the real-life scenario. Is it easy enough to use by members of staff who may not be techno savvy? I also would like to know the effectiveness of the billing module to deal with complicated insurance claims and payment of residents. Does it really offer one-stop shopping, which can substitute the need of using various CRM and accounting software, or are there still gaps which need to be filled with the help of third-party integrations?
