How to do Conference on Botim to Whatsapp?

I often need to connect teams on different apps, but I’m confused how to do conference on botim to whatsapp when everyone is waiting on a single call.

You can’t do a direct conference call between BOTIM and WhatsApp because they’re separate apps; you must ask everyone to join the same app or use a third app for conferencing.

As long as your device and carrier support call merging, you can create a conference between BOTIM and WhatsApp by initiating a call on one app and then using the phone's "Add call" feature to dial the person on the other app.

From a technical standpoint, BOTIM and WhatsApp use different VoIP infrastructures and encryption systems. There’s no API or interoperability that allows cross-platform conferencing.

It is impossible to directly place a conference between BOTIM and WhatsApp directly since they are different applications and do not have cross-platform conferencing.

Workarounds:
  • Get everybody the same application (either BOTIM or WhatsApp).
  • Add participants manually through the use of a regular phone call.
  • Install a third-party conferencing application (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) with which everyone is compatible.
  • BOTIM-WhatsApp conferencing is not provided directly.

BOTIM does not support direct conferencing with WhatsApp. In order to use both, make a BOTIM call and a WhatsApp call on the same phone, and add your phone merge/add call option. This can only work when your device and network are merging.

It is impossible to directly transfer a BOTIM conference to WhatsApp. Rather, inform the participants, form a WhatsApp group call, and post a note or a file by hand, and invite everyone to the new WhatsApp meeting.

Cross-platform cross-calling between Botim and WhatsApp is not provided. In order to hold a conference, call one on Botim, tap Invite via Link, and post that link to WhatsApp.

You can’t directly start a BOTIM conference call on WhatsApp because they are separate apps with different networks. BOTIM lets you make voice and group video calls within its own app, but you can’t bridge a BOTIM call into WhatsApp or start one app’s call from the other.

you can’t do a direct conference call between Botim and WhatsApp. The simple workaround is to use one phone as a bridge (two calls on speaker) or move everyone to one common app before starting.

  • Merge calls using your phone’s carrier conference feature
  • Ask everyone to join a common app like Zoom or Google Meet

You cannot directly transfer a conference from Botim to WhatsApp, as they are separate apps. To switch, create a new group call or video conference in WhatsApp and invite the same participants manually. Exporting chats or contacts may help maintain continuity.

To do a conference call from BOTIM to WhatsApp isn’t directly possible. You must end the BOTIM call first, then start a WhatsApp group call separately by opening the group chat and tapping the call icon to add participants.

Direct conferencing between BOTIM and WhatsApp isn’t supported. However, you can create a conference call by adding participants manually on one app. To include BOTIM and WhatsApp users together, use a third-party conferencing platform like Zoom or Google Meet that supports multiple dial-in or app-based participants.

You can’t directly conference a call from BOTIM to WhatsApp because they’re separate apps. Instead, end the BOTIM call, then start a WhatsApp group call and add participants. Alternatively, ask everyone to join the same platform before calling to enable conferencing smoothly.
