How can I turn off Lenovo privacy shutter on my laptop?

My Lenovo laptop has a built-in camera cover, and I accidentally enabled the privacy shutter. Now my camera isn’t working during Zoom and Google Meet calls, and I’m not sure if it’s a physical switch or a software setting. I looked in camera settings but didn’t find anything useful. Is the Lenovo privacy shutter controlled manually near the webcam, or is there an option in Lenovo Vantage or BIOS? Just want to understand what I might be missing before assuming the camera is faulty.

To turn off the Lenovo Privacy Shutter on your laptop, try the following: - Press the Windows key + I to open Settings. - Click on "Device" then "Camera". - Scroll down to "Related settings" and select "Camera settings". - Uncheck the box next to "Lenovo Privacy Shutter" to disable it.

To turn off the privacy shutter on a Lenovo laptop, locate the small slider near your webcam. Gently slide it sideways until the camera lens is fully visible. This opens the shutter. If your model uses an electronic switch, check Lenovo Vantage settings to enable the camera.
